General Information

PS Joni Rental, SewaPSBandung.com, and SewaPSBandung.com have several branches in Bandung, Jakarta, Depok, and Denpasar.

PS Joni Rental, SewaPSBandung.com, and SewaPSBandung.com offer the following services:

  • In-store PS rentals according to branches.
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly PS Rentals.
  • Monthly PS Disc Rentals.

We guarantee that your ID data (KTP, SIM, etc.) will be kept secure and not used for any purpose by PS Joni Rental, SewaPSBandung.com, and SewaPSBandung.com. However, if you, as a user, want to be more secure, feel free to add a small watermark to your ID photo and edit it before uploading to our platform (your data, your choice). We are not responsible for any data breaches caused by external influences.

Before Ordering

  1. You must follow the order flow at the following link: Order Form
  2. For the safety of our goods and employees, all orders must be made online in advance for booking.
  3. Make sure the game you want is available. You can view the game list here
  4. It is recommended to fill out all aspects of the form completely.
  5. The customer must follow the applicable SOP. If the order does not comply with the SOP, we or our PS rental partners have the right to reject it and not provide any compensation for the actions taken. Examples of SOP violations include:
    • Not ordering through the provided form link.
    • Providing incorrect data or identity images.
    • Behaving rudely and angrily towards our CS or employees without clear reason.
    • Forcing pickup or delivery through unauthorized services by our CS or employees (other than our couriers, GrabExpress, or Gosend with insurance).

During Ordering

  1. Filling Out the Order Form:
    • Make sure all data provided is correct and valid.
    • Attach a photo of your KTP/SIM with a watermark for data security.
    • Select the desired rental package (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
  2. Order Confirmation:
    • After filling out the form, our CS will contact you for confirmation.
    • Ensure the phone number you provided is active and can be reached.
  3. Payment:
  4. Delivery:
    • Delivery is done by our couriers, GrabExpress, or Gosend with insurance.
    • Ensure the delivery address is complete and correct.

During Rental

  1. For PS rentals, you must provide a guarantee of your original KTP, student card, or other identification card.
  2. For PS4 & PS5 rentals, you must include a photo/video of the renter (holding the rented item).
  3. For PS5 rentals, a maximum of 1 disc game will be lent. If you want more, an additional fee applies (30 thousand per disc).
  4. If the renter extends the rental period, they must confirm with the admin.
  5. The admin will confirm with the renter 1 hour before returning the PS.
  6. The admin will recheck the returned PS within 24 hours.
  7. If there is any damage caused by the renter (physical/software) during the check, the renter must compensate for the repair or device cost.
  8. Renters can exchange PS or joysticks if there are any issues with the device.
  9. Any theft or loss impacting "Sewa PS Bandung" will be reported to the authorities.

Return Policy by Package

Items must be returned according to the agreed schedule and chosen package. Ensure all devices and accessories are in good and complete condition upon return.

Console Operating Mode

  • PS3 and PS4:
    • Operated in HEN/CFW mode.
    • For PS4, please follow the written instructions.
    • Do not connect to WiFi that is connected to the internet.
  • PS5:
    • We recommend running it with a good WiFi connection so that games can be updated and the PSN account can be installed.

Rental Packages

  • PS5 Regular:
    • Self-pickup and drop-off.
    • Can request 1 PS5 disc game.
  • PS5 Express:
    • Delivery and drop-off by our couriers.
    • Can request 1 PS5 disc game.
  • PS5 Sultan:
    • Delivery and drop-off by our couriers with complete PS5 disc and digital games as requested.
    • Additional 2 PS sticks.
    • PSN subscription account during the rental period.
    • For the Sultan package, you get 4 PS sticks.

Notes

  • For digital games, download time is required, so we cannot guarantee all digital games will be available quickly.
  • For disc games, as long as the disc is not rented in the 'game list' sheet, it means the disc is still available.

Privacy Policy

  • Information Collection:
    • We collect personal information such as name, address, phone number, and photos of your KTP/SIM.
    • This information is used for verification and ordering processes.
  • Use of Information:
    • The information collected is only used for internal purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
  • Information Security:
    • We are committed to keeping your personal information secure.
    • The collected data is stored securely and protected from unauthorized access.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  • Ordering:
    • Orders are placed through an online form.
    • CS will verify and confirm the order.
  • Payment:
    • Payment is made via bank transfer.
    • Payment verification is done by CS.
  • Delivery and Return:
    • Delivery and return are done by couriers with insurance.
    • Items must be returned in good and complete condition.

Complaint Handling

  • Submitting Complaints:
    • Complaints can be submitted via WA CS at the numbers mentioned above.
    • Explain the issue clearly and completely.
  • Resolution Process:
    • CS will respond to complaints within 24 hours during working hours.
    • The issue will be resolved as quickly as possible while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Sanctions and Restrictions

  • Sanctions:
    • Misuse of items will be subject to sanctions according to applicable regulations.
    • Late returns without confirmation will incur fines.
  • Restrictions:
    • Customers who repeatedly violate SOP or terms may be restricted from renting in the future.
